Speaking of not knowing what anime is, my first anime was Sailor Moon when I was like...3? I thought it was just a regular cartoon. The only thing I found odd was why cousins had to "meet" each other when they were teens/young adults. Yes, DiC, because NOBODY will question that. Way to cover up a same-sex romance. No bloody wonder the creator wouldn't let you dub the last season.

On the topic of first animes Dragonball would be my first. Me and my family would watch it (almost religiously) When i was alot younger. (or pokemon)

But if those wont count then my first anime would be Gurenn Lagann. I was so in love with how the story progress was and how the genre could be silly and serious at the same time.(Second would be Soul Eater)

I've still yet to see Sailor Moon even though its practically one of those classic animes which everyone should see ^^' It's on my To Watch list though :3

My first animes would have been Pokemon and Digimon, but I hardly understood them at the time of my first seeing them ^^' My first real one probably was InuYasha, and second one....I hardly remember ^^'

I haven't seen Sailor Moon either ^^' I shall watch it when I get a chance!

For some strange reason when I was younger I would only watch the shows with the epic opening theme songs. If the theme song wasn't awesome I refused to watch it.

Inuyasha was my first more "mature" anime. (Since the most mature part of Sailor Moon never got dubbed because DiC is stupid.) I watched Hamtaro after Pokemon and Digimon. But after Inuyasha... It was sorta a flood of Naruto, Death Note, Vampire Princess Miyu, Burst Angel and Black Butler. Oh and xxxHolic. Then off a few years, then Hetalia, Rosario Vampire, bits of One Piece, Blue Exorcist. I think I have to say SAO was the last thing I watched after Soul Eater.

I know that feeling. Maybe that's why I got hooked on Hamtaro. At 8-9 I ADORED bouncy songs. Heh...I still do...

XD Sounds like a few of my younger siblings when I try to get them to watch something other than Sword Art Online, Attack on Titan, Soul Eater, or Hetalia ^^'

Frankly, I'm glad they stopped making English songs for most dubs. It got aggravating.

I wanna watch Summer Wars again! I think I have an addiction to Kazuma's voice, is that bad? xD

I wouldn't know if it was bad or not i've never watched Summer wars XD.

And i agree i prefer the original them songs compared to the dubbed.

I know right- like with Ouran Highschool Host Club!!! I loved the dubbed show, but hated the dubbed theme in comparison to the original japanese theme Razz
