The vampire continued to fly forward, concern forming on his facial features at the lack of response. Though once the feline in his arms relaxed against him, a soft smile blossomed on his fanged lips again. The concern was pushed even further away when words reached his pointed ears.

"You don't need to thank me. If anything, I owed you this for you busting your rear end to save mine." After speaking and almost without thinking, purple lips moved until they were close to the folded back ears. Once close enough he planted a soft kiss against them.

After the gentle kiss, Vyers moved his neck and shoulders to a more upright position to observe where he had flown to. Upon recognizing the area the flight continued forward. While continuing back to the casino, he silently hoped that Nefyrie would not been angry with his display of affection.

She was tempted to protest against his words, and was just about to, but she suddenly felt the warmth of his lips against her ear and she froze. Her first instinct was to screech and lash at him, but she refrained herself and simply stayed put. Albeit she grew a bit rigid, but overall she didn't respond too negatively.

"Where are we?" she asked idly, raising an eyebrow and scanning about the dark trees to herself. "And what are we going to do about what we just saw?"

"Well...I believe what we should do is try to find a way to destroy the monsters and I know that crystal is somehow involved in their creation. I never heard of those types of monsters appearing before and now that the crystal shows up, so do they. It can't be just chance." Vyers responded as he gave a soft smile and continued to fly forward.

"Were currently on track to getting back to the casino."

At the vampire's words, she raised her eyebrows and didn't bother to look at him. However, she did speak; "What brilliant deductive reasoning," she murmured, her voice laced with sarcasm. "I would have never thought of that. Perhaps we might be able to have some tea after the simple feat? Or maybe bake some cookies?"

The vampire only blinked and tried not to smile.

"Tea and cookies? I'm not one for those kinds of foods, I'd rather drink someone else. Now back onto the topic at hand...how should we destroy that thing quickly? I doubt that just causing a cave in would be enough to destroy that thing...perhaps some kind of holy based attack would be effective considering the nature of the item?"

Nefyrie hummed, smiling a little to herself at his own sarcastic response. When he continued to speak, her smile fell. "I doubt it," she grumbled, almost bitterly. "You saw what that thing did to Gatomon. She's a holy based Digimon entirely. So the fact that thing was able to corrupt her kind of completely defeats the idea that maybe a simple holy-based attack will be able to do any sort of damage."

"True...perhaps it just wasn't enough holy power? A Gatomon is only a champion after all..perhaps a higher level holy digimon could work? Or maybe a data would could work, because that thing did corrupt a Myotismon as well..." Vyers spoke as he blinked and nearly jumped, but refrained from doing so because of the feline digimon his arms.

"Aww crap! I dropped my parasol..." His tone was clearly that of regret.
